+## Staff Roles
+
+This is kind of a wish list reflecting a staffed dream team.
+
+### Filled Roles
+
+- **Assembly engineer:** Responsible for fabrication, assembly, and related communication.
+- **PS designer:** Responsible for design of the power supply circuits.
+- **RF designer:** Responsible for design of radio and antenna circuits.
+- **Distribution:** Responsible for maintaining the distribution network.
+
+### Unfilled Roles
+
+- **SMT designer:** Responsible for general schematic capture and layout.
+- **Firmware designer:** Responsible for firmware design.
+- **Graphic designer:** Responsible for managing artwork and optical themes.
+- **Relations:** Responsible for managing communication with the public.
+- **Treasurer:** Responsible for directing fundraising and covering costs.
+- **Project manager:** Responsible for mainting the project plan and backup plans.
+- **Product manager:** Responsible for postassembly production (printing, packaging, barcodes, logos.)
