Install a messaging server
Functional Requirement
The badge companion software communicates with other clients via a messaging service, which must be installed, configured, and published. The server should be primitive, data agnostic, and intuitive.
Assumptions
The badge user understands the importance of the companion application, running on a NFC capable device such as a smartphone.
Constraints
A TCP network connection is required.
Options
Other more comprehensive communication systems described in #7 may deprecate this primitive one.
