Parsing of unique identifiers

Unique identifiers distinguish each badge device for participation on the badge network (code named Bob.)

Let's plan on 'fud' and 'sid' protocols to describe:

FUD: Factory programmed (Factory Unique Dentifier) SID: User onboarded (Sensitive IDentifier)

With the MIME Content-Type 'U', which corresponds with the NDEF 'URI';

And data 'https://bob.monerodevices.com/?sid=[0-9A-F]{8}'

An example application of the quasi EUI-48 regular expression is '00005E00532A'.
