Add UI for village profiles
Each participating village may like to have their own use cases in the application, so support this with user selectable feature packs in the onboard function. For example:

In the Onboard section, the user could see:

...and if the user selects 'Monero Data' and clicks 'Write' then their badge is populated with a new stagenet seed and a Getmonero URL.
