Resolve #4, provide graphic design
SVG files for both sides of the manual, two versions each, with and without text fields converted to curves. One is useful to ensure accurate printing, the other in case the texts need some editing. I'm also attaching standalone files for illustrations that appear in the manual, for ease of use in additional materials.
