Design for #11, draft a UID format to prepare for parsing it
Note: Please don't close #11 (closed) when merging this, because it's only a partial solution.
This new logic simply concludes the decision of what the user generated (as opposed to factory generated) UID format will be.
After this merge, all other places in source code blocks should parse UIDs assuming https://bob.monerodevices.com/?sid=[0-9A-F]{8} as the format.
